Protective Gear: The company manufactures and sells several ‘Protective Gear’, including but not limited to, Integrated Football Pants, Integrated Football Girdles, Compression Shorts with Athletic Cup, Soft Athletic Cup. With these products the company markets them as a minimizer to injury in the sports of Football and Baseball and not a complete guarantee. This non-guarantee is specified with a tag or print on these products. To completely prevent the risk of injury we recommend to refrain from participating in the sport(s) of Football and Baseball.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Website, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
