At Exxact Sports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement process.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your product.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
    • Unwashed, unworn, and without any damage.
    • The item must be in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
  • Items returned with signs of wear, dirt, detergent smells, or deodorant marks will not be accepted. Such items may either be returned to you or subject to a restocking fee based on their condition.

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning defective or wrong items at no cost to you.
  • Once you ship out the defective or wrong product, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label to our warehouse in Hillsborough Township, New Jersey, USA.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Process for Return and Exchange

  • To begin a return or exchange, please email us at Sales@exxactsports.com. Provide your order number along with the reason it's returned or replaced.
  • Each customer is eligible for one exchange per order. No more exchanges will be approved after the initial exchange, and any additional requests will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product price of the original order, excluding shipping fees. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to show in your account when we receive and approve the returned items.
  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will ship out your exchange. Your replacement product's delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Bodybuilding Posing Trunks
  • Customized or Personalized Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized apparel or equipment. Name/Number and Color/Logo customization is unique to the buyer. If you have a problem with the design or quality of an item, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.
